Bio: ZARTAN can alter his skin color at will to blend in with his environment. He is also a master of make-up and disguise, ventriloquist, linguist (over 20 languages and dialects), acrobatic-contortionist, and practitioner of several mystic martial arts. Very little is known of his background and origins, but most security agencies agree that he must have had European military academy training (probably St. Cyr). His training and skills make him difficult to find and almost impossible to capture. He has established a criminal compound in a remote swamp region, which he navigates on his customized Chameleon swamp skier. "I can be anyone, anywhere. You will never know that you are talking to me unless I wish it."
This version of Zartan is a new sculpt loosely based on the 1984 series 3 figure with a modified version of his Chameleon swamp skier vehicle. While Zartan is not directly mentioned on any vintage Hasbro product as being the leader of the famed Dreadnok biker gang, he is referred to as their leader in both comic books and the original animated series. Figure includes: modified swamp skier, pistol, knife, Storm Shadow and Duke face masks, storage backpack, and stand.
