Strobo is a Cosmic Enforcer. While never offered in the 1980's Masters of the Universe line, Strobo appeared in the comic "The Dark Power of Skeletor," in which a beam of light from his reflector, harnessed by He-Man's Power Sword, destroys the dark star energy meteor powering Skeletor's evil rule. Strobo is the 2013 Masters of the Universe Classic's traveling convention exclusive and was also offered to Club Eternia subscription holders as part of their early access privileges in March, exclusively on MattyCollector.com.
