The manipulative master of special effects is capable of construction any illusion and staging any scene that serves his diabolical plans.

The first wave of figures released in Hasbro's 2013 assortment of Marvel Universe figures featured a few new figures along with a small grouping of repacks, but none was cooler that the Marvel's Mysterio action figure. Not only did they faithfully create the line's first figure based on the popular Spider-Man (and one-time Daredevil) villain, they were also able to sneak in the granddaddy of all easter eggs by giving collectors the head of an other famous Spidey foe under his iconic dome. Even though it is moulded in green, the noggin under Mysterio's headgear is clearly that of the Chameleon; giving customizers keen on a quick head swap two bad guys in one package.

Marvel's Mysterio shipped along side the line's first Elektra and Silver Age Rhino figures, a newly tooled Bronze Age Captain America, the repainted Iron Fist and Black Costumed Spider-Man, and the repainted Iron Spider, and Silver Surfer figures.
