Cool Toy Review is proud to present our fifth consecutive Toy Fair! As always, we will be updating this page regularly over the course of the show, and over the week that follows. This year's Toy Fair will be open from February 13-16th, but our coverage begins one day earlier on the 12th. Make sure to head over to our sister site, Rebelscum for all of our Star Wars coverage.

As always, this event is covered diligently by D. Martin Myatt and Dan Curto.

Miscellaneous Displays & Booths
Our 2011 Toy Fair coverage isn't finished yet. Cleaning up everything I haven't published yet into one big miscellaneous gallery. Follow the link to check out some cool stuff from Kid Robot, First 4 Figures, Mimobot, Toy Tokyo, and more. Does this mean the end of the 2011 coverage? Nope. Seems Dan may have some more images too.

  • Angry Birds Plush Toys
Here's another quick gallery from the Toy Fair showroom floor that just needed to be captured. Check out these photos of the plush toys based on the super-popular Angry Birds game! There is a wide range of toys planned, representing both the birds and the pigs in the never-ending war! Click the thumbnails above to check out the coolest geeky plush toys seen throughout the entire show!

    Geek Toys' Seven Deadly Sins
While wandering the halls of Toy Fair in between meetings, I came across a very cool-looking display of Geek Toys Seven Deadly Sins sculpts for upcoming action figures. Only Gluttony and Pride were shown, but there is a little tease for more as well. If you dare, click here for more! Not for the faint of heart...

  • The Square Enix Display
Next up in our 2011 Toy Fair coverage is a look at Square Enix's display. As in years past, SE has offered some of the best Anime and video game figures out there and judging on what they were showing at the Javitz Center, 2011 is going to be another outstanding year. Follow the above link to check it out!

  • The McFarlane Toys Showroom

  • The Diamond Select Toys Showroom
Next up is a gallery from the Diamond Select Toys showroom, at least of what we could shoot. Beyond what is in the gallery, DST was also displaying their upcoming X-Men: First Class feature film Minimates, the first assortment of Munsters figures and collectibles (which look great) and a new line based on Knight Rider which currently includes a Minimates version of KITT with Michael Knight and a scaled KITT similar to their Back To The Future Time Machine collection. If the line is successful there is a good chance we'll see KARR and a super-pursuit mode version of KITT. Follow the link above to see everything else including the newest additions to the Marvel Minimates collection, The Femme Fatales, The Real Ghostbusters, Universal Monsters, and much more!

  • The Complete DC Direct Showroom
If the DC Direct showroom is any indication, there seems to be a shift in priorities over at Warner Bros' direct sales toy company. While not as robust in superhero toys as it once was, DC Direct still put on a good display. Click through to check it out.

  • The Mattel Collectors' Event
Best. Collectors'. Event. Ever. Hat's off to Mattel for making this year's Collectors' Event the most streamlined and well-organized event they have held at Toy Fair. This year, due to construction in their previous showroom, Mattel moved over to the North Wing of the Javitz Center which gave them a bit more room for their displays and it made shooting the above linked gallery very pleasant. Follow the link to check out what's coming this year for Green Lantern, Masters Of The Universe, WWE, DC Universe, Kung Fu Panda, Ghostbusters, as well as two new (and very promising) lines: Young Justice and Batman Legacy, which features many comic, video game, and movie inspired figures includes the first ever Gary Oldman Jim Gordon and a Super Powers repaint of Mr. Freeze.

  • The Mezco Toyz Booth
Visiting the Mezco Toyz this year was especially cool. Every year they show cool new toy lines, and additions to their most popular existing lines, and this Toy Fair was no different. For the first time we were able to see the full range of DC Comics Mez-Itz, which come in two scales, both of which are very striking. Additionally, we got our first look at the ThunderCats Lion-O figure, the 13th Anniversary Living Dead Dolls collection including the new Scary Tales theme that give the LDD flavour to classic fairy tales and the Celebrating Sadie (who LDD fans know was the very first figure in the line), and we see the triumpant return of a very promising line: Little BIG Planet. Follow the above link to check it out!

  • Shocker Toys' Booth
This year, Shocker Toys showed off their current and upcoming Indie Spotlight figures, including the exclusive Mucus Tick, and through their print elements, announced a new line Anime Spotlight. This new line will follow the same general concept as the Indie figures, with each wave giving collectors a shot on a figure from a variety of popular Anime properties including Naruto, Bleach, Dr. Slump, Death Note (!!!), and a few more. Follow the above link to check it out.

  • Triad Toys' Display
For their second year, Triad Toys has been displaying their offerings in their own booth, and while they weren't ready to show off the improvements they made on their House and Dexter figures, they had a bunch of cool stuff to show. Follow this link to see what was on display.

  • NECA's Entire Showroom
Our coverage continues with the first of many large galleries. Up next is a look at NECA's entire showroom. Follow the above link to check out the new Scarface, A Nightmare On Elm Street, Gremlins, Original Terminator, Predator, Gears Of War, BioShock, Iggy Pop, and Iron Maiden figures and collectibles. While all their new offerings are just as amazing as their previous releases, the Gremlins and A Nightmare On Elm Street lines will blow your mind! There is a good bet we're looking at two contenders for the best lines of 2011.

  • NECA's Entire Showroom

  • NECA's BioShock
One of the fun aspects of Toy Fair is being able to check out some really cool toys that inspire. Such is the case with NECA's BioShock line for me...I really enjoy the game and I love the depictions of the characters from this game that NECA has done. There are several new figures added to the line for this year, including a new Splicer series and a new Big Daddy Bouncer that includes LED lights that can be turned to red, green, or yelllow with the flick of a switch in the back. Stay tuned for more photos from the NECA booth, as well as the entire showroom, coming later tonight. But for now, enjoy this teaser gallery!
