Diamond Select Toys: Rocket Raccoon PVC Gallery Diorama Review

Similar to the Rocketeer Gallery Diorama we reviewed, there is a surprising amount of detail to his piece as well. The pose captures Rocket's couldn't care less-demeanor really well. There are little accessory touches that really resonate with Rocket such as one of his blasters in the holster and the probable explosive contraption in his hands.

Several components of the mold are not attached to the central body, giving it the appearance of layers, similar to how the characters would appear in real life. A nice touch here is the tail is left unattached for assembly. Since it is so small and likely the most fragile part, this is actually a great design. We have seen many one piece molds break in shipping at their vulnerable joints.

What we like about these PVC Gallery Dioramas is that they pack in a lot of detail and the appearance of a bulky item but they are super light weight and easy to display anywhere. You can still grab yours on shop DST by clicking here. If you are a Rocket fan, you can find several other items on the site as well.
